RCL is the originator of patented accessory product designs which are manufactured and subject to onward use by other parties involved in the design, manufacture, and site-usage of reinforcement sub-assemblies. RCL requires that manufacturers and end-users of reinforcement sub-assemblies which would incorporate RCL-designed products, should seek RCL’s Temporary Works Design Advice for their subsequent manufacture and end-use.

RCL requires that all relevant technical details of proposed reinforcement sub-assemblies which would incorporate accessory products designed by RCL, are submitted to RCL prior to RCL’s Temporary Works Design commencing. RCL takes no responsibility for the lack of adhesion to its offered Temporary Works Design Advice or for the subsequent misuse of products which are subject to its advice, either by manufacturers of rebar sub-assemblies or their customers. RCL Temporary Works Design liability does not cover operating loss, lost time, lost profits, or the like, of either manufacturers, end-users or other consumers of RCL product designs.
